FUN RUNS ARE BACK!

Runners High Weekly Run COVID-19 Protocols

1. If you are feeling unwell or have had recent contact with someone you are aware has contracted COVID-19 we ask that you, please stay home.

2. Masks or appropriate face coverings must be worn at all times, no exceptions.

3. Follow all social distancing guidelines, remaining at least 6 feet apart, while interacting with fellow runners who are not part of your household.

4. Please limit the time you are in the store to making quick purchases, changing into running clothes, and restroom emergencies. Face coverings must be worn at all times.

5. If more than 10 runners are present, we will divide into groups to make sure we can space people out effectively.

6. Bring your own water and nutrition as needed.
